Kamalavinayagam is the most spirited colleague any team can have. Her actions speak volumes of her capabilities and her willingness to learn in the background while pulling of creative experiments with focused hypotheses on the fly make growth faster. Her superb organisational and reporting skills, coupled with an analytical mindset and a flair for quirkiness put her in the best place to drive large projects with ease.

I had the pleasure of working with Kamali during my time at The/Nudge. As a “Jill” of many trades, Kamali wears many hats right from content creator to designer to social media analyst and she transitions from one to the other seamlessly.
Her ability to spot patterns on social media, convert her insights into a social media strategy and then create compelling content scripts is commendable. As a team of two (the actor and Kamali) they were able to grow the social media page from 1k to 60k followers in less than 8 months. All of this with an average engagement of ~12%, which is unheard of for an educational social media page All of this and more makes her a true social media whiz.
Outside of social media, Kamali designed a handbook on goat rearing to be used by field trainers. Despite a lot of back and forths on the design, she was patient, constantly available, and eventually produced a fantastic output.
She is easy to work with and gets along with everyone. She would be a valuable asset to any team she joins where she can balance her creative and analytical skills!
